I have said many times that the counseling agency is only as good as the people you employ. I have been and continue to be blessed with an amazing staff who genuinely care for people and impact lives. That is why this blog is hard to write because they are not just staff, they are my friends and they are my family. Anne Focht has been with me since virtually the beginning of Anchor Bay. She is a skilled clinician who I have watched impact countless individuals who have had the privilege of working with her. To say she will be missed is a gross understatement and Anchor Bay is richer because she chose to help me chase a dream. Thank you Anne and best wishes in your next chapter.
